Fresh Stewed Strawberries with Fructose as Sugar

Wash fresh strawberries, cut up into small pieces, removing soft and rotten spots.

2 cups fresh strawberries,

1/2 cup water,

1 cup fructose.

 

Cook at a low boil for ten minutes. Yields about one pint.

Serve when cool.

Refrigerate.

Stewed strawberries may be kept frozen for several months in a suitable container.

End.
