Fresh Stewed Apricots with Fructose as Sugar

Wash fresh apricots, removing rotten spots and the pits.

 

3+1/2 cups raw apricots,

1/2 cup water,

1 cup fructose,

1/2 teas cinnamon

 

Cook at a low boil for ten minutes or until tender. Yields about one quart.

Serve when cool.

Refrigerate.

Stewed apricots may be kept frozen for several months in a suitable container.
