Menstrual (pre-menstrual syndrome) (PMS)

This seems to be a problem associated with modern western lifestyles and diets. Dietary supplements such as calcium, magnesium, manganese, vitamin B6 and vitamin E may be of use. If possible, cut back on alcohol, caffeine and sugar.
