$Money$ Grows on Trees in Rockridge, Oakland, California: or How to increase your property's already obscenely high value by the cultivation of a few of the Silver Dollar Eucalyptus Trees in your front yard.

There are several ways that you can increase the already highly inflated value of your Rockridge Oakland home. First, plant certain trees whose leaves resemble Silver Dollars such as the Silver Dollar Eucalyptus Trees including Eucalyptus cinerea, Eucalyptus pulverulenta and Eucalyptus polyanthemos.
If you wish to content yourself with lower-growing plants in the same money vein, you may grow the Money Plant, Lunaria annua, which is a member of the Mustard Family. It is a biennial that grows to about three feet high; its old dry empty seed pods resemble coins. Another good bet is to plant Moneywort, Lysimachia nummanularia, which is a low-growing perennial in the Primrose family which produces bright yellow flowers and also seed pods that resemble coins. Note: it prefers some shade each day.
If you are into shaping your shrubs into bizarre shapes, you could make a topiary in the shape of the almighty dollar sign($). If that isn't hip enough for you, you could topiary a "Euro" in one of your shrubs. That would surely show all that you are truly world-class in expressing your love of filthy lucre.
Topiary is a difficult and tedious art. Instead you might considered commissioning a local welder to create a large dollar sign support stucture made of welded pieces of steel. This $ framework could then support a variety of climbing vines, such as Clematis, Morning Glory, Ivy, Jasmine, Morning Glory, Thunbergia or Wisteria. With proper encouragement, even the thorny Rose could be trained onto the Big Dollar Sign. No passing neighbors could then doubt your dedication to the almighty dollar. Martha Stewart would be impressed with you diligence and dedication.
Another course of action would be to cultivate some illicit plants such as Cannabis sativa or Papaver somniferum for sale. These are commonly known respectively as Marijuana and Opium Poppy. It is currently legal to grow Marijuana if you possess a Federal Marihuana Tax Stamp. However, to date, everyone that has obtained said Federal Marihuana Tax Stamp.has been charged with possession of Marijuana and then prosecuted. Note: the Coca plant (Ertythroxylon coca) will not easily grow in the Rockridge, Oakland coastal climate. Coca is the source of cocaine and crack cocaine.
Cultivate organic herbs such as Rosemary (Rosamarinus officinalis), Peppermint (Mentha piperita) and offer them for sale on Craig's List on the Internet. Cultivate organic fruits (Lemons (Citrus limon), Oranges (Citrus sinensis), Citrons (Citrus medica) and Loquats (Eriobotrya japonica) and offer them for sale on Craig's List on the Internet. Propagate perennial plants such as Scented Geraniums (Pelargonium species) and offer them for sale on Craig's List on the Internet.
Well folks, that just about wraps it up on the topic of using plants to increase your property's value in Rockridge, Oakland. Good luck.
End.
