Menopause, discomforts of

some suggest that vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E, betacarotene, bioflavonoids and zinc may prove of use. Others suggest that dietary supplements vitamin K, boron, calcium, copper and magnesium may be useful. Regular moderate exercise may also prove to be of value.
