RE: the possible changing of the name of the Bay Bridge to the Emperor Norton Bridge. Since we have spent the last fifteen years dawdling over the renovation of the eastern span of the Bay Bridge that runs from San Francisco to Oakland, maybe we can spend another five years bickering over a new name for said bridge. Sounds like a plan to me. Possible Bay Bridge renaming? 15 December 2004.
