Quagmire No. 13 was the favorite perfume of Morticia Addams, a star of The Addams Family television show, which ran for a couple of years in the 1960s.

Nowadays, in the Imperial Bush Regime of the 21st century, Quagmire No. 13 has made a big comeback, being the favorite perfume of the Bush crime family, Zionist Neocons everywhere, Republicans and some spineless Democrats in the House and Senate.

The fearsome stench of Quagmire No. 13 is from its three unpleasant smelling constitutents, Skunk odor, butyric acid, and hydrogen sulfide.
